Talent for Business Growth – Study Gold Coast & Integrated HR working together

HR isn’t just about workplace compliance; at Integrated HR our vision is “to facilitate productive and engaged workplaces to achieve business goals and success”.  In light of this, we are extremely proud to be working closely with Study Gold Coast and their ‘Talent for Business Growth’ program.

In April 2018 Study Gold Coast launched a program called Talent for Business Growth which facilitates connections between the Gold Coast business community and the education and training sector.  The connections are facilitated to support the development of new workplace experience opportunities for students to expose them to real industry sectors during their studies and are therefore better prepared to enter the workforce through enhanced skills and experiences.  In essence, internships (higher education) or work experience (tertiary education).

In light of this, we are extremely happy to welcome Kaitlin to our team as a HR Intern from November 19 – January 20; where she will be exposed to a variety of different business of all sizes and all industries and a variety of different HR support and advise that we provide on a daily basis.

Study Gold Coast offers rewards and incentives for businesses already providing workplace experience for students who are profiled on the Study Gold Coast’s website and promoted on social media channels and may be nominated for the Gold Coast Business Excellence Awards “Student Employability” category and further eligible to be nominated for the Growth Accelerator Program.
