About the IHR EAP Collective
Integrated Human Resourcing (IHR) and Get Mentally Fit have partnered to offer a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This program is crafted to address the mental and emotional well-being of employees, ensuring they remain productive, resilient, and supported in the workplace.
From our many years’ experience supporting SMEs as their HR Business Partner, we know from time to time that employees require acute support that’s above and beyond what some of our experienced HR Managers can provide. This is where the services of an external workplace psychologist can be of great value to a business.
Here’s some common challenges that negatively affect employee performance, that may sit outside HR’s coaching capabilities:
- Highly dysfunctional employee relationships, exposure to psychosocial hazards
- Personal issues (grief, illness, financial stress, relationship issues, family and domestic violence)
- Fatigue, burnout, lack of life-control, unhealthy work habits
- Poor self-confidence, self-esteem, and/or poor emotional regulation
- Lack of mental fitness and/or agility, or coping strategies

In reality, businesses have historically been restricted to EAPs designed for large organisations. They come with additional bells and whistles (features) that over time employees don’t use, and a subscription price model that works out to be unnecessarily expensive for business.
To date, many businesses have either been stuck with a service that’s not suited to them, or they simply don’t have the luxury of offering this essential service to employees. For this reason, IHR and Get Mentally Fit have partnered to best satisfy this need, and ensure businesses are protected.
We are exclusively offering our clients the unique opportunity to join in a collective of 3 (max) businesses (per EAP Collective) that will share all EAP onboarding and setup costs, which reduces the barrier to entry while giving everyone an essential, high quality support service.

It is simply 3 businesses coming together under an umbrella for cost effective workplace solutions.
Need more sessions? Additional sessions are available at a discounted rate of $219 per session (normally $269).
