Only 22 sleeps until Christmas and even less before many businesses shut down for the Christmas / New Year period.  This ‘shut down’ period will impact the leave entitlements and payments of your employees.

There are many things to consider regarding entitlements i.e. Are your employees paid under an award? Do all your employees have enough leave entitlements to take? Will your employees be on leave during a public holiday?
