UX / UI / Graphic Designer

Gro Clinics is changing the landscape of hair transplant surgery in Australia by using specialist equipment to significantly improve our clients’ outcomes.  Of paramount importance to us is that our clients feel confident and empowered.By applying the latest, advanced innovations in cosmetic medical technology we offer our clients non-invasive treatments that yield in great results but only require a little or no downtime. We are looking for an experienced UX / UI / Graphic Designer to join Gro Clinics on a permanent part time basis.This role will be home based and suit someone who can work autonomously without any distractions during their shift.The RoleYou will be responsible for:Applying fundamental user experience, design and research principles and best practise to deliver intuitive and effective customer journeysWebsite UX/UI and general graphic designDesigning creative solutions to complex user flows across multiple business offersDesign and deliver mock-ups, wireframes, and prototypesImprove the customers’ experiences by understanding what’s important, what the goals and motivations are, and removing process frictionEnsure design standards are adhered to and properly appliedWork closely with a lead brand designer to understand and communicate the brand message and vision across the full user journeyWork with a range of stakeholders to deliver business goalsPrevious Experience Our ideal candidate will enjoy a busy role, have worked in a similar environment and be  a strong visual storyteller. The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Designing creative solutions to complex user flows across multiple business offers
  • Design and deliver mock-ups, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Improve the customers’ experiences by understanding what’s important, what the goals and motivations are, and removing process friction
  • Ensure design standards are adhered to and properly applied
  • Work closely with a lead brand designer to understand and communicate the brand message and vision across the full user journey
  • Work with a range of stakeholders to deliver business goals

Previous Experience 

Our ideal candidate will enjoy a busy role, have worked in a similar environment and be  a strong visual storyteller. You will also have:

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce UX design and implementation
  • Expertise and passion around inclusive design
  • Fluent in the end-to-end UX and UI design process; ability to work within established frameworks
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalent tools
  • Experience with website page builders such as Elementor Pro
  • Experience working with agile environment across multiple teams
  • Genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning and development, being regularly open to seeking feedback
  • A problem solver who loves challenges and tackles them in a collaborative and creative way
  • Ability to communicate clearly at various levels with end users, developers, stakeholders, and product management
  • Flexible, organized, dependable and able to operate independently and within a team environment
