You will be responsible for providing administrative support across the clinic, welcoming clients, and coordinating front-of-house duties. You will also be responsible for:Greeting clientsBooking consultations and appointmentsAppointment confirmationsReschedulingMaximizing utilization of the cliniciansStock controlOverseeing the rosterEnsure smooth day to day running of the clinicEnd of day bankingAny other receptionist duties as requiredAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will enjoy a busy role where no two days are the same. We are looking for an experienced part-time Receptionist/ Client Liaison to join our Perth clinic.

The Role

As our receptionist, you will be the first point of contact and the face of our business. You will be responsible for providing administrative support across the clinic, welcoming clients, and coordinating front-of-house duties. You will also be responsible for:

  • Greeting clients
  • Booking consultations and appointments
  • Appointment confirmations
  • Rescheduling
  • Maximizing utilization of the clinicians
  • Stock control
  • Overseeing the roster
  • Ensure smooth day to day running of the clinic
  • End of day banking
  • Any other receptionist duties as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will enjoy a busy role where no two days are the same. You will also have at least 2 years' Front of House/Receptionist experience, outstanding customer service skills and:
