This role would be perfect for someone who has worked on a busy reception or in a call centre. The role

You will be responsible for

  • Receiving and triaging inbound calls
  • Answering calls in a timely manner
  • Taking messages and forwarding them on to the appropriate person
  • Forwarding on calls as required
  • Scheduling appointments where applicable
  • Answering questions in accordance with training
  • Handling all calls in a positive manner in accordance with company protocols
  • Handling complaints according to company’s Client Complaint Procedure
  • Ensuring a positive work environment

This role will be home-based and suit someone who can work autonomously during evenings/late shifts without any distractions during their work hours.
