We believe success is not just in meeting, but exceeding our client’s expectations.The Position – Administration AssistantOur Melbourne team is seeking a full time Administration Assistant to assist not only the internal team, but also our customers and contractors with general administration services and support in areas such as:Ensuring the Owners Corporation administration is managed in compliance with relevant legislation and best practicesOperate administration systems in accordance with the company policies and proceduresAs well as assisting in Owners Corporation Administration such as:Operating, Processing and Maintaining the Key Order SystemCollating mail, email and general correspondencesLiaising with customers, owners, creditors, agents and tenantsAnswering and replying to customers, owners, creditors, agents and tenants email and phone enquiriesCompleting various company documents and formsSupport Accounts team as requiredCoding and entry of creditor and maintenance invoicesAssist with banking processing, creditor disbursements and payment runsAssist with quarterly and annual financial statements and levy noticesAssist with AGM notices, meetings and minutesAssist with preparing Owner Corporation CertificatesAnd much moreAbout YouWe are looking for a dynamic and professional administrator who thrives on process and legislation. The Position – Administration Assistant
Our Melbourne team is seeking a full time Administration Assistant to assist not only the internal team, but also our customers and contractors with general administration services and support in areas such as:

  • Ensuring the Owners Corporation administration is managed in compliance with relevant legislation and best practices
  • Operate administration systems in accordance with the company policies and procedures

As well as assisting in Owners Corporation Administration such as:

  • Operating, Processing and Maintaining the Key Order System
  • Collating mail, email and general correspondences
  • Liaising with customers, owners, creditors, agents and tenants
  • Answering and replying to customers, owners, creditors, agents and tenants email and phone enquiries
  • Completing various company documents and forms
  • Support Accounts team as required
  • Coding and entry of creditor and maintenance invoices
  • Assist with banking processing, creditor disbursements and payment runs
  • Assist with quarterly and annual financial statements and levy notices
  • Assist with AGM notices, meetings and minutes
  • Assist with preparing Owner Corporation Certificates
  • And much more
